Consultations and showroom

Is the in-home consultation really free?

Yes. We bring samples to your home, measure every window and give you a written quote, at no cost and with no pressure.

Can I visit your showroom?

Yes, by appointment. Our showroom is at 720 N Argonne Rd, Suite C, in Spokane Valley. Call ahead so a designer is ready for you.

Who will I meet with?

Layla, our lead designer, who has more than 20 years of interior design experience.

What areas do you serve?

What do you offer?

Cellular, pleated, roller and solar, zebra, sheer, Roman and woven wood shades; wood, faux wood and vertical blinds; custom drapery, valances and cornices; and motorization.

Which window treatment is the most energy-efficient?

Cellular (honeycomb) shades. Their air pockets insulate the window in both summer and winter.

What's best for kitchens and bathrooms?

Faux wood blinds and roller shades, because they handle moisture and are easy to clean.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

We offer cordless and motorized options that remove dangling cords.

Motorization

Do motorized shades need an electrician?

Usually not. Rechargeable battery motors need no wiring. Learn more about motorization.

Every product is made to order, so the price depends on window size, style, fabric and options. We give you an exact written quote after measuring.

Do you install?

Yes. Our own local team measures and installs everything we sell.

Can I get other quotes?

Warranty and service

What warranty do you offer?

Most of our products come with a lifetime warranty, and we stand behind every installation. If something goes wrong with a window treatment we installed, call us and we'll take care of it with no trip fees, no labor charges and no hassle.
